Affordable Skid Steers is now open in the USA. This USA entity is managed by our Australian company director, Shane Hutchins. For over 15 years we have been doing this exact service for our own companies. With this history and all our contacts within the USA, who better to trust to ensure you get the best service and pricing on importing your equipment.

Affordable Skid Steers can source any make and model machine, including those outside the stocked machinery that Affordable Skid Steers carry. We can personally source and inspect any machine within the USA and Canada, as well as arrange the extensive cleaning and freight providers. We can provide you the best options to ensure your machinery arrives in Australia to a standard suitable to pass the stringent stardards set by Australian Quarantine. This we guarantee. We can also provide reports on most Caterpillar equipment by using the Electronic Technology computer system. We will provide detailed reports and testing on your equipment, with extensive pictures to ensure you know exactly what the condition of your purchase is. Your equipment will be fully insured from collection within the USA to the delivery point within Australia. So confident we are in our service, that should the piece of equipment we inspect not match what the report states, then we'll provide our service for free!

Charges:
We charge 15% of the value of the goods up to $49999
We charge 12.5% of the value of the goods up over $50000-$99999
We charge 10% of the value of the goods over $100000

We will also provide several freight prices and delivery options. Please note, you may be liable for a 5% import duty tax on your equipment, if your machinery is not manufactured within the USA. Once we source your equipment, we can make an inspection once you pay 25% of our fee (depending on the value). Once you receive our detailed report and pictures, we request the balance of our fee, as well as the purchase price of the machinery. You will be kept informed on the progress of the cleaning and logistics and you will provided with shipment details and delivery estimates. Upon entry in Australia, your equipment will be directed to a quarantine approval premises.
